We – INSA Weighing and Automation (Solution Providing Engineers) are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of a wide range of Engineering Products. Our range of products includes Material Handling Equipments, Static and Dynamic Weighing Systems such as Weigh Feeders, Batching Systems, Tank /Hopper Weighing Systems, Special Purpose Machines - SPMs, etc. (refer attached product list for complete range).
We are established in the year 1985 under the name of Sanco Enterprises, Subsequently in 2005 we started our operation under New banner viz. Insa Weighing and Automation to widen our scope and Product Range. Our Products and Services are very reliable and cost-effective. Our qualified and competent team always strives to supply Latest Technology products. Though our present products uses latest Technology, we support our old customers with equal respect. We have established ourselves in industry with our timely services and customer oriented approach. This has enabled us to serve Domestic as well as International clients.
We offer a comprehensive range of Material Handling Equipments, Automation Products besides Static and Dynamic Weighing Systems including SPMs. We provide Turn key Solutions from design to Commissioning for a Project. Use of standard and reputed make material/Components in our Products ensures reliable and Long Product Life.
Our QUALITY starts from inward material inspection. Raw material used are tested in reputed LABS. for its chemical composition and other parameters before using in Production. Each Assembly/Part undergoes inspection/tests as per norms laid down in QAP. Various Stage Inspections carried out are recorded. Each and every product is tested for it’s performance and an Internal inspection Report is Generated before Product/Equipment is offered for Final Inspection. All the tools/Instruments used for carrying out Inspection are validated from respective labs having traceability certificates for Calibrating Instrument. |
